9/11 Facebook Butthurt: conspiracy accounts disapear

In the days after Xmas 2012, the world having failed to end by the Mayan calender, conspiratards on Facebook nonetheless were shocked to find their accounts had vanished, victims of censorship as they tell it:

Censorship: Facebook deletes pages of 9/11 activists Special

Recently, Facebook has removed the pages of about 50 political activists. Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth founder Richard Gage lost his page, as did several other activists. Later, the pages were reactivated.
Several people associated with the alternative news website InfoWars.com also had their pages removed. InfoWars reports,
In September 2011, Infowars reporter Darrin McBreen was told by Facebook staff not to voice his political opinion on the social networking website. Responding to comments McBreen had made about off-grid preppers being treated as criminals, the “Facebook Team” wrote, “Be careful making about making (sic) political statements on facebook,” adding, “Facebook is about building relationships not a platform for your political viewpoint. Don’t antagonize your base. Be careful and congnizat (sic) of what you are preaching.”
The Facebook purge includes those who have posted pro-Second Amendment statements and/or made comments about the report made by the Washington Post /CBS News that another gunman had been arrested in the woods near Sandy Hook Elementary after the shooting. The office of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth reports that Mr. Gage has never made any statements about gun ownership on his page. The AE911 office also confirms that a number of 9/11 activists have been targeted by Facebook. Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth produced a documentary last year, Experts Speak Out, which has found large audiences, particularly through a PBS affiliate. Consequently, many engineers and building professionals now question the official story of the collapse of the three World Trade Center towers.

Infowars reports the following individuals have had their pages deleted or suspended:

Kurt Nimmo (account suspended)
Aaron Dykes (account inactive)
Amber Lyon (account suspended)

Facebook Purges Pro-Gun Accounts

Massive act of censorship sees alternative media pages disappeared

December 27, 2012
Facebook is purging accounts that carry pro-second amendment and pro-liberty information in a censorship purge that has accelerated over the past few hours, with innumerable pages being disappeared merely for posting legitimate political content.
NaturalNews.com’s Mike Adams contacted us to alert us to the fact that “Facebook banned our account for posting this,” with an attached image of a Gandhi quote about how the British disarmed the citizenry during their rule in India.

The following is a list of Facebook accounts operated by individuals in the alternative media that have been shut down by Facebook staff over the past 24 hours. Infowars writer Aaron Dykes and political dissident Brandon J. Raub have also had their accounts deleted. Raub was snatched by police and forcibly imprisoned in a psychiatric ward earlier this year for posting political content on Facebook. Infowars editor Kurt Nimmo also had his account suspended this morning.

It is important to stress that most of these accounts have not simply been temporarily suspended, they have been shut down completely. Some are now being reinstated after complaints. Accounts that have been suspended can still be seen but posting rights have been revoked.
A 24 hour suspension was also placed on the Alex Jones Facebook account due to an image that another user had posted in which Alex Jones was tagged.
One of the messages being received by users having their accounts suspended is displayed below. In most cases, users are not even being informed of why their page was suspended or deleted, with Facebook merely referring them to the company’s guidelines.

Last week, we reported on how Facebook was suspending user accounts that questioned the official narrative behind the Sandy Hook school massacre.
As we have previously highlighted, Facebook occasionally deletes images and posts that it claims violate “Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities,” yet constitute little more than political conjecture or a healthy skepticism of official narratives on current events.
In September 2011, Infowars reporter Darrin McBreen was told by Facebook staff not to voice his political opinion on the social networking website.
Responding to comments McBreen had made about off-grid preppers being treated as criminals, the “Facebook Team” wrote, “Be careful making about making political statements on facebook,” adding, “Facebook is about building relationships not a platform for your political viewpoint. Don’t antagonize your base. Be careful and congnizat (sic) of what you are preaching.”

Of course what probably really happened was they were all suspended for some TOU violations or caught organizing with racists.  Something similar probably happened to Craig Lazo's facebook account.   But we're sure Alex Jones and company will milk this event for all it's worth.

SCAM: Morrison rips off Public School System in Wi-Fi Fraud

HELP FIGHT THIS BITCH.  DONATE TO PORTLAND PUBLIC SCHOOLS!

David "Chemtrail" Morrison has hit the jackpot and is living high on the gravy train!

June 20th, 2012 COREY PEIN | News
Wireless Waste
Portland schools have had to spend $172,000 fighting a parent's lawsuit over Wi-Fi.

One year ago, the parent of a Portland Public Schools student sued the district with claims a new Wi-Fi network in his daughter’s middle school was poisoning her and potentially harming other students.

As WW reported, there’s no scientific evidence for such claims (see “Wi-Fi Woo-Woo,” WW, July 13, 2011). The parent, David Mark Morrison, who works as a rare-book dealer, is part of a pseudo-scientific movement that claims Wi-Fi and related technologies cause everything from brain cancer to infertility to digestive complaints.

Most studies that adherents cite as evidence haven’t been published or peer-reviewed in reputable scientific journals. Some anti-wireless websites sell literature and protective charms, including amulets and crystals.

Morrison’s case might have been easy to label as frivolous and, it seems, might have been headed for an early dismissal.

Not so. Portland Public Schools officials tell WW they have already spent $172,559 in public money to defend the district against Morrison’s claim that PPS’s Wi-Fi network has harmed his daughter.
The case against PPS has dragged on in U.S. District Court in Portland, with hundreds of hours billed by PPS’s outside counsel, the law firm Miller Nash.

“The fact that the plaintiffs have so many purported experts, all of whom we had to research and depose, really added to the cost, as did the extensive discovery requests,” PPS general counsel and board secretary Jollee Patterson told WW in an emailed response to questions.

The legal expense comes at a time when PPS is strapped, and the City of Portland recently diverted $7.1 million to help bail out the district.

Morrison did not return WW’s message. Nor did his attorney, Shawn E. Abrell of Camas, Wash. Last year, Morrison told WW he thought studies contradicting his beliefs were corrupted by industry.
One Morrison expert PPS attorneys have had to depose is Barrie Trower, who claims he worked on a “stealth” microwave warfare program for the British Navy (noting he had no rank because he refused promotions) and was assigned to a secret British prison housing “spies, dissidents, international terrorists [and] gangland killers.”

Trower claims a bachelor’s degree in physics earned in night classes, has been repeatedly turned down by Ph.D. programs, and says he recently traveled to consult with “the king in South Africa” on Wi-Fi dangers. (South Africa abolished the monarchy in 1961.)

PPS has its own $400-an-hour expert, Brown University professor of epidemiology David Savitz.
“In the case of Wi-Fi exposure,” Savitz writes in his declaration, “there is no epidemiologic evidence whatsoever that counters the lack of biological support for a potential health hazard.”

The school district’s attorney, Bruce Campbell, argued in court filings that Morrison’s experts present “fringe views outside the mainstream of science by witnesses who are not qualified to offer their opinions.”

In a written response to Campbell’s motion to strike his testimony, Trower concludes flatly that “Wi-Fi uses a similar frequency to a microwave oven.”

Sadly, though, you can’t make popcorn with a Wi-Fi router.
$172,000?  Are you shitting us?  That's gotta buy a lot of chemtrail CD's.

In the comments, Richard Frager takes a break from UFO watching to defend Morrison, implying a commenter is an "agent":

i smell a bit of a rat here as well.  georgeiii who posted that hit website and the WW are perhaps in concert to discredit this case by putting together a blog of which at least 60 percent is not true.  that will become a slander law suit now that we have the source.  interesting the lengths that the corporate world will go to.  other people involved in this from scientists have been threatened, killed, had their houses burned down, etc.  Is that the company that the WW wants to keep.

06.21.2012 at 01:11

"Mr" Morrison sir, you are a nut.

If Wi-Fi is an issue, then we are all doomed by the sun. The power of a wireless signal is 1/10,000 of a radio wave from a broadcast station and 1/100,000 of a television station.

All of which are dwarfed by the EM generated by our own Sun and that is dwarfed by the magnetosphere that protects us from the rest.

Want to know science? Read a science book. No I said a SCIENCE book, not a journal written by a discredited sociologist who is in need of donations from Internet users. If you knew real physics, mathematics you would not have an issue.

This is not to say Wi-fi does not generate any EM field, but the EM of a power pole transformer is greater and likely more damaging. Do you live in the industrialized world? Then the house you live in actually generates more EM than a Wi-fi router does.

I assume you have walked around with a magnetometer and figured this all out right? No? Why not? I refer to my opening statement.

If you have such an issue, maybe the Amish way of life is better suited to you.

A question I don't see answered is has Mr Morrison pulled his daughter out of that school? If he has not, he's clearly pulling a scam. Nobody would keep their child in an environment they truly felt was dangerous.
The other question I don't see answered - what doctors have examined Mr Morrison's daughter to determine she has been harmed? And how was this quantified? Are her brainwaves abnormal? Does she exibit some kind of learning disability? If he claimes she has been harmed, he must be basing this on some kind of measurement.
In my opinion, the school district could save a lot of money by having Mr Morrison's daughter sport a tin foil hat throughout the day. The cost would be just pennies, and I'm sure it would be great for her social life. She could match it to her outfit each day - pirate hat one day, captians hat the next, etc. Problem solved.

Morrison Bawls again:

i would bet that the defense attorney or someone on the school board called the ww to do this hit piece at this critical time for the case.  right out of the republican play book.  prostitution is not limited to the sex trade.  good work

06.23.2012 at 04:13
Or, Mr. Morrison, just like the judge and/or jury will likely do, your fanciful suit was showed to be so by a reporter.

06.22.2012 at 12:01
for those that would like to actually find out about the case and review the witness declarations to find out why this case was filed on behalf of our children check out website www.wirelesswatchblog.org
most of the cruel, nasty comments are from paid telecom shills that come out whenever there is an article or case like this.  they write the same incendiary stuff and the hit web page they posted was created soon after the case was filed, possibly by WW staff.  it is too coincendal that it was posted immediately in the first comment.

06.22.2012 at 12:31

@David Morrison
Exactly how much are you asking for in your lawsuit? What kind of renumeration and/or compensation are you demanding from PPS?
Morrison ignores this question, instead posting a tl;dr screed, which is, of course, blown out of the water by the following comment:

06.23.2012 at 10:31

.  Many who have defied popular mythology and belief that wireless technology is safe have lost their jobs, lost their funding, had their lives threatened, their houses burned down or broken into and some have been killed.  The WW aligns itself with those forces of smear and greed rather than informed journalism.  Cory Pein is not a journalist he is a name calling, prejudiced messenger for a culture that cannot possibly examine or accept an inconvenient truth.  Terms like " pseudo  science" or " fringe science" have no real meaning other than to incite. I wonder if Pein considers the studies the World Health Organization used when it classified radio frequency radiation from wi fi a possible human carcinogen," pseudo science"? The author also said there is no credible science and that few have been peer reviewed.  Most of the studies we use in support of our case are primary studies and were peer reviewed. With no knowledge of the subject,  Pein could only rely on  smear.  He misquoted one of our witnesses, Barry Trower, by saying he visited the King of S. Africa when it was the King of Botswana.  Barry trower was a microwave weapons specialist with British Military Intelligence who has come out of retirement to warn nations and groups that wi fi is in fact dangerous.  Who would you believe a quasi hip name calling writer for a corporate owned newspaper or somebody with Trower{s background?

Barry Trower has degrees in Physics and Biology and taught both.  A journalist would have interviewed our other witnesses David Carpenter, MD the head of the Institute for Health and Environment at the University of Albany and Prof. of Environmental Sciences, or Andrew Goldsworthy, Lecturer in cell biology at the Imperial College in London, or Dr. Magda Havas Associate Professor of Environment and Resource Studies at Trent University in Toronto who has been researching the biological effects of RF on living cells.  Much of her work is specific to Wi Fi.  Other witnesses, Lloyd Morgan, Senior Research Fellow and Curtis Bennet, Microwave Imaging Specialist were of no interest to the author either.  So, what was the purpose of his article?  To sway public opinion at a time when the case sits before the judge for determination and to smear and demonize me as a nut.   I have never met the man.

After a full year of vain attempts to get the attention of the PPS board through public appearances at board meetings, emails, direct mail, phone calls I had no choice but to go to the courts. I threatened them with a law suit prior to filing.  Shame on PPS for ignoring the 20,000 scientific studies I gave them and for spending tax payer money defending their right to irradiate our kids.   PPS head of safety, Patrick Wolfe admitted that he had not even looked at the text of the case witness declarations nor did they consider the safety of wi fi prior to installation.

Because wi fi is ubuiquitous it is a difficult concept for many to consider that it might also be a serious hazard especially to  children who are at much higher risk from exposure  to microwave radiation.  Wi Fi, cell phones and other wireless devices were never pre market safety tested because they would never have passed.  This technology was marketed with no consideration for human life.  Nobody should be surprised.

How many WW readers are aware that their cell phone manuals have brain cancer warnings and advise people to hold the phone an inch away from their ears - When exposure standards for RF radiation were set, there were scientists within the FCC, FDA, the EPA, NIOSH, who protested proposed levels but the military and telecom industry strong armed the FCC into setting current standards that are the highest in the world-- 100x higher than Russia.  Would parents reading this be comfortable knowing that RF readings at Mt. Tabor Middle School were 50x higher than readings 100 feet from a cell tower.

Governments, agencies and councils that have made strong statements against the use of wi fi in schools are--     The Council of Europe, The World Health Organization Intl. Agency for Research on Cancer, The U.K. Trades Union Congress, European Environment Agency, International Commission for Electromagnetic Safety, Russian National Committee on Non Ionizing radiation Protection, German Government, Israeli Parliament, Austrian Medical Association, American Academy of Environmental Medicine, International Society of Doctors for the Environment, Irish Doctors Environmental Association, Interdiciplinary Society for Environmental Medicine and the Swiss Doctors for Environmental Protection.

When Pein glibly ended his article with the statement that" you can´t pop popcorn with wi fi" he could have added that you can damage the blood brain barrier, cause calcium efflux, create micronuclei -- a certain pre cancer marker--, cause cognitive, memory, and sleep disorders as well as headaches and other accute and chronic health problems.

At one time there was no concern about tobacco, asbestos, thalidomide, plastics and someday we will look back at this time and wonder what we were doing involuntarily exposing our children to pulsed radio frequency radiation for 7 hours - day through the entire 12 years of school.  How will Pein feel if he is wrong?
No, you can´t pop popcorn with wi fi and if that makes the case for Cory Pein then I rest my case.  To be informed on this case go to website  www.wirelesswatchblog.org  there you will find the text of the case, witness declarations and many relevant primary peer reviewed studies.

06.23.2012 at 04:21
Mr. Morrison, it looks like the only PPS document from the case you have linked to is of a Dr. David Ortiz.  It pretty much slices and dices your case apart -- no biological evidence, all extrapolation, and no epidemiological basis for the claims.
 Owned and pwnned.

A year ago he was interviewed on TV wearing his bet conspiracy chic:

Parent sues to get Wi-Fi removed from Portland schools

PORTLAND, Ore. - A parent of a Portland Public Schools student is suing the district claiming Wi-Fi in the schools has alarming effects on children.

David Morrison wants the district to pull Wi-Fi out of the schools immediately and filed a federal lawsuit Friday.

He says not only are there harmful health effects but that it’s a constitutional issue as well.

Last year Morrison took his daughter out of a private school because he said it put a cell tower on campus. Now his 13-year-old goes to Mount Tabor Middle School which is the very school where parents signed petitions just last year to keep a tower from going up next to the school’s playground.

After researching the issue for a year, Morrison said he found concerning information about health effects from radiation, especially around kids.

“The case is a constitutional issue – freedom of choice for safe environment for my daughter,” he said.

Morrison said he feels he’s got a pretty good chance in court. He’s got several health experts prepared to testify.

A similar case happened in Chicago in 2003. At the time the district there said they were complying with all government regulations for wireless networks.

When asked what he’ll do if he doesn’t win his case, Morrison said he’ll likely pull his daughter out of Portland Public Schools.

KATU News contacted the district but hadn’t heard from it by airtime Wednesday night.

Morrison spammed comments copiously under his "jailbush" nick, tinfoil laden as always:
·jailbush -127p 52 weeks ago
this is about what one would expect in the comment fields. the ignorant are the ones who name call and belittle however in the end, wireless cannot last because of the eventual effect it will have on a majority of people. europe is way ahead of the u.s. and is removing wi fi from schools in many countries. Amerika Uber Alles !!!

Morrison's been porking out at this trough  for a year:

Wi-Fi Woo-Woo
Pseudo-science strikes again in a parent’s lawsuit against Portland Public Schools.
The parent of a student at Mount Tabor Middle School has sued Portland Public Schools, claiming that its use of Wi-Fi is “genotoxic, carcinogenic, neurotoxic and otherwise…harmful” to his daughter.
Yes, this is the same kind of Wi-Fi that provides wireless Internet connections in public buildings, coffee shops and homes across America.

There’s virtually no scientific basis for the belief that Wi-Fi is a health threat. But the federal civil suit against PPS is the latest expression of anxiety by a growing community of Wi-Fi-phobic and self-diagnosed “electrosensitive” individuals who believe a laundry list of physical ailments can be traced to the proliferation of consumer electronics.

Last year in Santa Fe, N.M., a man sued his neighbor over her use of an iPhone, claiming it interfered with his digestion. Earlier this year in Portland, a group of neighborhood activists monkey-wrenched Clearwire’s plans to install new towers to expand its 4G wireless Internet service, citing health concerns. Wi-Fi fears have spawned a cottage industry around the sale of protective amulets and field-disruptors.

To many physicists, radio engineers and psychiatrists, all this is quackery. “Nobody has ever claimed, as far as I can see—a legitimate organization with legitimate credentials—that Wi-Fi was dangerous,” says Sam Churchill, a Pearl District resident whose blog, dailywireless.org, tracks the wireless industry.
In his suit filed June 17 against the Portland schools, David Morrison doesn’t want money. He just wants to publicize what he says is the threat Wi-Fi, cellphones and cell towers pose to us all. “The telecom companies know this,” Morrison says. “They will someday be sued like the tobacco companies.”
Morrison, a bookseller with no science background, says he went down the “rabbit hole” of online research after the private school where he used to send his daughter allowed a cell tower to be installed on its grounds. He later enrolled his daughter at Mount Tabor only to learn the school used Wi-Fi; he filed his suit after the school district declined to rewire its computer systems.
On June 30, U.S. District Judge Michael W. Mosman denied Morrison’s request for an injunction barring the district’s use of Wi-Fi. PPS has yet to file a response.

A district spokesman says Morrison is the first parent to complain about the Wi-Fi.  “The majority of the evidence says there’s not adverse health impacts,” Robb Cowie says.
There’s no proof Wi-Fi makes people sick. Advocates like Morrison cite many studies that experts say are flawed by design and often are not peer-reviewed. But neither can scientists say with absolute certainty that exposure to low-level radio-frequency electromagnetic field, or RF EMF, radiation has no long-term health effects. The key, experts say, is proximity, intensity and duration of exposure. Federal Communications Commission guidelines put RF EMF exposure from cell towers and Wi-Fi routers well within the safety zone.

Still, the anti-wireless activists have been emboldened by a June decision from the World Health Organization. After reviewing a large body of research, WHO classified EMF radiation, such as that emitted by cell phones and wireless routers, as a “possible carcinogen,” like welding fumes or coffee.
But Wi-Fi signals are a long way from being a proven carcinogen as identified by the WHO—such as cigarette smoke, plutonium-239, the X-rays used at dentists’ offices and airport security checkpoints, and solar radiation (i.e., sunlight).

wi-fi local suit
just ran across this, reading an old issue from July - David Morrison strikes again (you go, D!)

The article comments are predictable, with some laughs:

Morrison bawls:

07.13.2011 at 07:51

This guy that interviewed me is entirely ignorant of the science as well as the controversy on the subject. The recent WHO classification of WI FI radiation as a class 2B "possible" carcinogen is no small matter.  The WHO has been compromised by industry money and has been carrying water for the telecoms for years but couldn't do it any more as thousands of studies now confirm that yes-- wi fi is a dangerous technology.  The author is compromised by his own addiction to technology and undoubtedly is generationally challenged so that his knowledge base and his belief system have sealed him into a state of denial.  The WHO classification is no small matter.  It is huge and will open the gates for thousands of law suits in the wings.  Blind faith in industry has lead us to population control by default through tobacco, asbestos, our friend the atom, plastics, ddt (they used to spray it on kids to show it was safe), lead (the same classification as wi fi).  Europe is way ahead of the united states as they are removing wi fi from schools and libraries.

07.13.2011 at 10:26

Mr. Morrison (not Doctor...),
You accuse the author of this article for being "ignorant of science," yet you yourself have no formal scientific background. You claim that there are real and valid studies that show Wi-Fi is dangerous, when, in fact, you have no professional or academic basis to judge the validity of these studies.
You waste our time and tax dollars with this frivolous lawsuit. The benefits of Wi-Fi and cell technology far outweigh the risk of my brain being flouresced when a lab tech injects me with dye. If you want to link to a peer-reviewed study peformed (and reviewed) by reputable scientists, go ahead. Show me a source that says "Europe" is removing Wi-Fi from its schools and libraries.

Translation: "I am far more educated than the average person on the issue. Research from the sources I have selected prove I am right. Large institutions are conspiring to cover up the truth if they don't agree with me. I am extremely afraid. I do not understand science/mathematics."

Interestingly the Pew Center has found this exact belief pattern in Tea Partiers on the debt ceiling. Perhaps it's not their fault, but of our education system and sensational framing by media outlets clutching at pageviews and Nielsens.

How unfortunate Mr Morrison is so driven by the above world view that he needs to cause likely 100's of thousands or more of public dollars to be spent in the courts.

And shame on his counsel.

Excuse me, but of what should Mr. Morrison's counsel be ashamed?  These delcarations of defensive, narrow-minded denial only drive the issue further into the ground.  I have tremendous respect for a concerned parent who has dedicated this degree of effort and research to such a hotbed of controversy, and has the courage to commit wholeheartedly to his caring convictions despite their unpopularity.

It is Mr. Fein and Willamette Week who ought hang their heads in shame, allowing such a blindly damning assault into public view without nary a breath of journalistic investigation or sensibility.

Mr. Morrison must suffer the cruel slings and arrows of outrageous ignorance.  I applaud him for his pioneering drive and his parental devotion.  It is clear what matters to him.

There is no such agenda evident in this lazy 'article' or these mocking Comments.

Biological insults commenters mention: tobacco, DDT, plastizers, lead, etc., participate in the chemical reactions of the body. Ionizing radiation sources: ultraviolet light, radioactive decay particles and x-rays, knock electrons off of molecules in the body, leading to unwanted chemical reactions. If you remember from school, chemical reactions are reactions between the electron shells of atoms.

The reason scientists are skeptical of claims radio waves are harmful is that there is no known mechanism. The wavelengths don’t correspond to anything in the body, nor do the frequencies. They don’t have enough energy to ionize, and they don’t participate in chemical reactions. The body is salt water, so the skin blocks radio waves from penetrating, especially at high frequencies, like WiFi. The only known mechanism is heating. Unless you are in the military repairing active radar, you are not going to get detectable body heat from radio waves, including WiFi.

But there is solid evidence that self induced stress, over issues like this for instance, weakens your immune system. That immune system is responsible for removing cell faults caused by purely random mutations - those that occur in the absence of any actual hazards, every day, even in children (who hopefully are learning science).

If electro-magnetic fields are deadly, how is it that we've managed to survive 200,000 years living on what amounts to a 5.9722 × 10^24 kg magnet, with a field extending thousands of miles into space? The Earth's magnetic field is strong enough to make compasses possible, but my wireless router isn't even strong enough to cover my whole back yard. Why worry about wifi and not shortwave radio, which has after all been around for nearly a century with no ill health effects reported?

"The Earth's magnetic field is strong enough to make compasses possible, but my wireless router isn't even strong enough to cover my whole back yard."

Do you have a cell tower on top of your house?  If you're so confident that it's safe I'm sure you could find a company willing to lease your roof space.  As an added bonus, we could use you as a guinea pig.  Oh I get it now, you're just really concerned about the childrens' ability to get good reception.

@Jockitch:

Anyone who is serously afraid of cell tower RF output should be delighted to have a transmitter on top of their house since the signal gets spread outward in the so-called "fountain effect" and very little is directed below. It's far better than being across the road from a tower if RF exposure is your fear.

The whole thing is absurd. I'm from New Mexico myself and I remember when the news story came out in Santa Fe that they referenced above. The guy ended up losing the suit because there is absolutely no scientific evidence to prove it. The World Health Organization did a study on that stuff and found no causal link whatsoever.

If you're curious, here's a link to the article on the story in the Santa Fe Reporter from January of last year. It also mentions the WHO study. http://www.sfreporter.com/santafe/article-5135-iphoned-home.html

So are you saying it's the frequency of the radiation that matters, regardless of dose? Why is the UHF band dangerous when it's used by cell towers but not by television stations? Why, for that matter, is the SHF band, which includes microwave ovens and WLAN, dangerous regardless of intensity (wifi is very low, your microwave is very high), but not the much higher-frequency infrared?

A scientist would say if there were any effect, it would be frequency, intensity, duration and even modulation or polarization specific. That's why critics who lump all radio waves together have zero credibility.
Much of the paranoia has been created by multi-level marketers, like BioPro. Expert witnesses, like those involved so far in this case, and "non-profits", are supporting themselves economically from it as surely as the Sizemores have from their issues.

Now we get the real story:

Much of the paranoia has been created by multi-level marketers, like BioPro. Expert witnesses, like those involved so far in this case, and "non-profits", are supporting themselves economically from it as surely as the Sizemores have from their issues.
In other words, it's another SCAM.

Maybe someone should take a page out of Craig Lazo's book and start a blog titled"Wi-Fi Fraud" to go with his libelous "Flight 93 Photo Fraud" blog.

Cuz if selling a photo at $20 a piece is fraud, then sucking 172 grand from teachers and students in a frivolous lolsuit sure as fuck is.

In the wake of bad press Morrison tried to change his tune at Facebook:

In the interest of raising money for PPS legal fees, which I am all for, why not have a debate between Cory Pein and David Morrison about the biological effects of pulsed radio frequency microwave radiation and the safety of wi fi in public schools. This event could be sponsored by the City Club and lots of high rollers would turn out in support of the school. I bet the entire 140,000.00 could be raised to pay for this round of the law suit.

Since Cory Pein is expert enough to put his reputation on the line about the subject by writing an article dismissing any biological effects of cell phones, wi fi and phone masts, he must be willing to debate the subject in a public forum.

Sincerely,
David Morrison

UPDATE:  Sanity prevails.  Morrison Pwned by Federal Judge:

Wi-Fi lawsuit against Portland Public Schools dismissed by federal judge
 By Helen Jung, The Oregonian
on July 20, 2012 at 4:41 PM, updated July 20, 2012 at 5:33 PM

A federal judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit seeking to force Portland Public Schools to remove Wi-Fi installations from its schools.
The lawsuit, filed last year by Southeast Portland parent David Mark Morrison, argued that Wi-Fi exposes children to unacceptable levels of radiation over prolonged periods of time and impacts their health.
But U.S. District Judge Michael Mosman found that the lawsuit, while aimed at Portland Public Schools, also challenges the safety standards set by the Federal Communications Commission. The radiation levels emitted by its Wi-Fi networks are below the limits established by the FCC, Portland Public Schools argued.
Mosman said the FCC, not his court, has the authority to consider such a challenge or change to its rules.
Morrison's attorney Shawn Abrell argued that the agency does not deal with issues in a timely manner. He also called the FCC "an agency so tied up with telecommunications companies, it's ineffective."
But Mosman said "that fact, if I accepted it as true, doesn't confer jurisdiction on me."
The judge did not address the merits of the lawsuit and did not rule on motions by both sides to strike the expert opinions of the opposing side.
Morrison said he intends to appeal the decision.

The Great Cassiopaean Conspiracy Delusion

Cult survivor story mirrored from archives.  Valuable insight  into the Cassiopaea cult "fair game" tactics. Common conspiracies promoted by the group and the Cassiopaean's:   UFO, COINTEPRO, paranoia, conspiracies and attacking anyone exposing the scam as a "cyberstalker" or "agent"...

The Great Cassiopaean Conspiracy Delusion:
Or how I came to be an icon of evil in an alien channeling cult
© 2008 by Vincent Bridges
A lie gets around the world, before truth can get its boots on…
This Saturday, July 5th, will be seven years since the infamous mirror session, and August will be the seventh anniversary of the beginning of their campaign of “systematic harassment.” For seven long, painful and distressing years, I have been struggling with the Laura and the C-Cult’s lies, accusation, innuendos and defamation and enough is enough. I kept the struggle going because I felt that Laura and Ark had created a very dangerous cult, and that I had helped them get it started. Well, I think I have paid for my guilt…
In these seven years, I have received hundreds of emails from folks who have thanked me for standing up to the Cult, speaking the truth in the face of their insanity. That kept me going through a lot of bad spots, and made the struggle worthwhile. I did what I could to help.
But, as I said, enough is enough…
Here the basic facts:
Back in 1994, Laura Knight Martin and Fred Irland began to experiment with a ouiji board. They received some results from beings claiming to be 6th density aliens transmitting through Cassiopaea. The Cs, as they came to be called, seemed to use a lot of ideas and terminology lifted from other channelers, such as the Pleiadians and the RA material. The “experiment” stumbled on for a couple of years, with Laura speaking at MUFON conferences and lecturing anyone who would listen on her tale of UFO sightings and alien communication.
This is how Tom French first saw her: “To say that Laura made an impression that day is an understatement. When it was her turn to speak, she instantly seized control of the room. She had so much presence, she was almost radioactive. And hers was no ordinary presence. She was not about to be mistaken for a movie star; she was overweight and slightly mussed, and her clothes were almost defiantly unfashionable. She wore leggings that, as I recall, were a little too tight and a tunic adorned with amber beads and painted gold spirals. I took one look at her and said to myself, “I bet she has a bust of Elvis in her living room.”
However, when MUFON didn’t immediately acclaim her UFO revelations, Laura went into a deep funk. Even Tom French, who was writing an article on her, was concerned when she announced that her husband, and father of one and maybe two of her five children, was an alien reptoid replicant designed to stop her from spreading the message.
From The Exorcist In Love by the St. Petersburg Times:
“At one point, she went to see a psychiatrist. Afterward, she told me what had happened. She had given the psychiatrist her life history, told him about the face at window and the other disturbing childhood episodes. She said that he had suggested she consider the possibility that she was traumatized as a child. She did not agree; she said her recollections of the incidents were too vivid and real for her to have imagined them. Laura pressed the doctor for help. What should she do? How was she supposed to handle these memories that haunted her? He said she should try to stop thinking about them, learn to cordon off those areas of her mind. Laura didn’t think it was possible.”
Here’s how Tom French addressed the issue of Laura’s sanity:
“As she once wondered about other people who believe they have been abducted, I thought it conceivable that Laura had suffered some sort of traumatic abuse as a girl and was inventing these alien episodes to cover up her memories of the abuse. Some details from her early history might fit with this theory. A succession of men did move through Laura’s childhood. After Laura’s parents divorced, her mother had remarried four times; once, Laura says, one of her stepfathers kidnapped her for several days.
“I asked Laura if she had ever been abused by that stepfather or anyone else. She said no, absolutely not. When I asked for details of the kidnapping, she said she did not know. She had almost no memory of it, she said; it was all a blank.
“Other possibilities occurred to me. I wondered if maybe Laura had imagined the face at the window and all the other strange episodes as a way of injecting drama into her life. Was it possible that she was bored, or lonely, or simply so desperate to find something to occupy her mind that she had created this huge fantasy? What if all of it - the exorcisms, the spirit detachments, the channeling with the Cs - was just some massive, unruly play that her subconscious was constantly staging to keep things interesting?
“Then, of course, there was the simplest explanation. What if Laura was a victim of some psychosis?
“This was a possibility Laura repeatedly raised herself. “Sometimes I think I’m losing my mind,” she said to me. “Is this what being mad is like? Because, you know, some really crazy people can really seem sane.”
But she survived her depression, divorced Lewis Martin, and in the spring of 1997 Polish physicist Dr. Arkadiusz Jadczyk somewhat mysteriously arrived on the scene after a whirlwind courtship with Ms Knight-Martin on the web. Dr. Jadczyk had a long history as a high-energy mathematical physicist working for various branches of the Polish government and observing the other research centers in Europe. This doesn’t quite make him a spy, see his CV on the Cassiopaean website, but what happened after he met Ms. Knight-Martin does make one wonder.
Dr. Jadcyzk was inconveniently already married, as was Ms. Knight-Martin at that point, and at first he found it impossible to arrange a visit to the States. Suddenly, a grant arrived, from the George Soros Foundation by way of the Central European University, and after a brief visit to the CEU (where apparently some kind of identity theft occurred, see Adventures with the Cassiopeans in the Matrix Part 18 for details), Dr. Ark arrived in Florida. Apparently it wasn’t love at first sight, but Dr. Ark quickly found out that whatever deal he had made with whatever devil, he was about to be held to account.
He found that both his job, at the University of Wroclow, and his marriage were in trouble; his wife took every dime of savings they had. Dr. Ark, literally, had no choice but to return to the States and his romance with Ms. Knight-Martin and the Cassiopaeans. They got married, and for a while Dr. Ark did a little teaching and some DARPA consulting, until his clearance was pulled and the University of Florida discovered his proclivity for ouiji aliens and anti-gravity devices. After that, it was full time work on the Cassiopaean Cult. (See Adventures with the Cassiopeans in the Matrix Part 19 for details.)
With Dr. Ark’s skillful guidance, what once was a simple tea and trances con game became a worldwide conspiracy movement. The changes were implemented slowly and in stages, but the end result was unmistakable. As even Dr. Sauder, whom the Cassiopaeans love to quote, commented, they appear to be a very clever and sophisticated, “insidious and devious,” intelligence operation. With even a little awareness of Dr. Ark’s background, and it is all on the website in various places, it becomes apparent that the Cassiopaeans may have started out harmless, but they were hi-jacked and co-opted by some very complex intelligence operation.
I began exchanging emails with Laura in the spring of 1999 and continued until February 2000, when the St. Pete Times article cited above came out. Their response to the article was so paranoid that I stopped our communication. In the summer of 2000, Laura contacted me and against my better judgment, I got involved once again. By the spring of 2001, I was deep into what would become the cult, and Laura had nothing but praise. Like Tom French, I was charmed, and I offered to help her, I featured her at our conference that fall and offered to publish her book.
By that summer, I knew too much, had told them too much, and was longer needed. So began their campaign of systematic harassment… (For a complete time line see: The Art of Character Assassination In Cyberspace.
And that campaign continues to this day. In the last few months, as the HBI defamation suit closed in on them, Laura and the cult began to spread their lies about me across the internet in any attempt to make sure that their libel survived the impending collapse of C-World and its websites. Posting their “expose” on purplehaze’s predator site was one such move and this link is an example of another.
This is from a mirror site owned by Prayers-for-rain, who describes herself as: “Prayers for Rain …a 31 year old woman in a relationship from South West, France.” She links to the above with the following comment:
“Don’t miss this article: A real account of someone having been harassed by a psychopath — an agent paid to do a defamation and stalking job over the Net, to destroy the work of someone standing for the Truth: “UPDATE 2008: After SIX YEARS of constant defamation and cyberstalking on the part of Vincent Bridges and his associates, the enormous amounts of time and even money that are spent on this activity, we suggest that it is time to state the obvious: Vincent Bridges is not just a cyberstalker, he is a paid COINTELPRO agent.” <= Does he look like a total psycho? Hannibal Lecter? Appearances ARE misleading!”
The Update 2008 comment is from the very top of the page of their Vincent Bridges libel pages. They put it up just as HBI sued for defamation. Now, I am not just a cyberstalker, which I am not, but they announce with all the weight of their assumed authority, that I am a paid COINTELPRO agent.
And what’s the evidence for this? Oh just the usual ouiji board revelations…
(I do want to thank her for including the new Libel Update along with the old update from 2003 that showed that they had a chance to let the whole thing go and chose not to. All my comments had been taken down by that point; so it proves in her own words a pattern of deliberate libel stretching from 2003 to the present.)
Keep in mind that this “expose” has changed at least six times, that I can find on the webarchive or in my files, since it went up in November 2001. It went through several waves of maliciousness and serious defamation before settling down to its present somewhat restrained tone. This version focuses on what they consider their strongest evidence; that I am some kind of cyberstalker.
After several paragraphs of her usual self-serving verbiage, she starts making her case. “The attributes of internet technology - low cost, ease of use, and anonymous nature, among others - make it an attractive medium for fraudulent scams, child sexual exploitation, and increasingly, a new concern known as “cyberstalking.”
Another paragraph or two and she announces: “It was only later, after many other strange events transpired, that it was learned that Bridges, himself, had sent the above email with the hope that it would “re-start” the correspondence without him having to appear as the initiator. This is a typical tactic of the cyberstalker - to “create” seeming synchronicities so that the victim will be emotionally “ripe” for manipulation.”
Any proof of this? Nope, nada, nothing… Just LKJ’s typical pronouncement of fact, in her reality…
Then she spends a few paragraphs suggesting that I was trying to con her out of her work by offering to publish it. In the midst of these self-serving comments, Laura serves up this: “As one observer of the dynamic noted succinctly: “If other people are so knowledgable about what Laura is doing so that they are qualified to pass judgment, then why aren’t they conducting their own successful “experiment?” Why haven’t their lives changed dramatically - and for the better - as Laura’s and Ark’s have because they have actually APPLIED the things they have learned?”
And what have they learned, exactly? That it is better to earn your living off the work of others than to do any work of your own, perhaps? Better to run a small time Internet con-game, trying to sell channeled antigravity devices to Finnish Israeli businessmen and pretending to be a news organization, and of course building up the cult and calling me names, than do anything productive. It seems that any application of the Cassiopaean wisdom is actually very STS, if you use Laura and Ark as an example.
And then, suddenly, the real fun begins:
“In the summer of 2001, Mr. Bridges came to visit Laura with the intent of attempting to hypnotize her to try to extract information that he believed she had in her subconscious. Laura cooperated with this experiment and, as a consequence, perceived a direct visual representation of Vincent Bridges himself! What she saw stunned her. His “mask” was so effective and convincing that Laura could hardly believe that what she was seeing was true.”
But she went out of her way to prove it anyway. Check this link for a complete look at her “campaign of systematic harassment” that started all this…
Now notice that nowhere, throughout the dozen or so paragraphs where she discusses the events outlined above, does she cite a source or provide a link. Why? Because there aren’t any that supports her point of view. Try looking for anything about the original events and my supposedly horrible comments. Does anyone think that if she had such comments, and they were really terrible like Jay’s, that she wouldn’t have them out front and center? So where are they?
Nope… The truth is that Laura had her “psychic” flash, which, according to her comments above, could just as easily have been about her inner life, and then she very carefully began to trash me and my work, backed out of the conference and the book deal and launched her attacks as part of what she described to the inner circle as her “campaign of systematic harassment.” I was upset and shocked by this behavior, and attempted to communicate directly with those involved, and so these communications, all very polite and professional, became the “vicious and extreme attacks.”
All of this can be seen on the Cassiopaen site.
This webpage also proves that their attacks and attempts at defamation began in mid August, not months later after imaginary attacks from me: “Even though there was a history of fraud, Ark and Laura were reluctant to publish the report on Bridges. However, after three months of exhausting cyber-attacks including public defamation and cyberstalking, it became necessary to respond publicly. The results of the initial investigation were published on Thanksgiving Day, 2001.”
Again, where are the links to page after page of emails and so on containing evidence of “three months of exhausting cyber-attacks including public defamation and cyberstalking?” There are no links because there is no evidence, none, nothing, nada… Just another self-serving lie, one that is easily refuted by their own website.
And then the real defamation begins; starting with the totally outrageous accusation that I tried to blackmail or extort her over her “expose.” In the course of that amazing piece of paranoia, she revealed her criminal history, something I had heard from Tom French and confirmed with Fred Irland. But my comments were concerning the unedited transcripts, and had nothing to do with her trial for attempted murder; and in no way can be construed as blackmail or extortion.
The next is even better:
“We learned later that in addition to what we knew about his public activities, that Vincent was up to a lot more nefarious things behind the scenes. The reader may want to have a look at the data - including evidence - that Vincent Bridges was hacking into the computer of a member of our research groups and stole her passwords and used her internet account to the tune of about $800.00 over a period of three months. That’s a lot of bandwidth!”
Except, there is no evidence. All they have is the fact that I tried to post to their comment board through several different earthlink dialup numbers. And of course, this has nothing to do with their main accusation that I hacked the woman’s computer. Here’s the comment from the Bellsouth investigator:
“Basically, she said that there was no question I had been hacked. She said that it was probable that I was the victim of a trojan also. She said that the hacker is extremely shrewd. The hacker used a “roaming” number, which is a Bellsouth “roaming” number only given out to Bellsouth customers when they advise Bellsouth they will be traveling and will need to access their Email from outside of their access area. She said that by utilizing this roaming number, the hacking activities are untraceable as it appears that I had the number and I used it. She said there was nothing that Bellsouth could do to help me track, identify, or “catch” this hacker due to the roaming number.”
So where’s the connection? Detective Breedan wanted to know as well:
“It is not illegal for him to post to a public guestbook on the web. I am missing how you have connected these contacts directly to him beyond reasonable doubt, which is what a jury requires. We investigate cases everyday where the suspect goes through other servers that have been left “open” which in effect masks their IP and allows them some degree of anonymity. So, that may be what he is doing, or it could be someone else who wants you to think it is him. I will be glad to talk to you again, but I still do not see the crime in this matter that FDLE would investigate.”
So where is the proof? If they had a match between one of comments and the woman’s IP address, then why would they make the following comment?
“And, it is in the fact that Mr. Bridges has, above, admitted that those posts were his, even though he lied about them all coming from his “earthlink” account, that we have more to provide as evidence. Also, the many posts that Mr. Bridges has made from other IP numbers as Special Agent Breeden describes above, can be compared to the times he might have been using Ms. F**’s internet access via a roaming number.”
Right? If they had any evidence, then why would they want to look for it? Just more self-serving lies… Including of course lying in a police report.
The next few paragraphs are the most interesting of all:
“In January 2002, a former member of the Cassiopaea experiment, Frank Scott joined forces with Vincent Bridges to discredit the experiment, to label the members of the research group as members of a “cult,” obviously in a concerted effort to put an end to the experiment itself, to further destroy Ark and Laura’s reputations, and thus to deprive them of the means of earning their living.
“Laura had to acknowledge the fact that two people she liked very much, whose companionship she had enjoyed immensely, and who she felt could have been the most marvelous of co-experimenters, were simply not what they had presented themselves to be. She had, in short, been victimized by individuals fitting the profile of the psychopath.
“Day after day Laura struggled to make sense of what was happening in her life. She was heartbroken. Her health deteriorated rapidly, and in January of 2002 she suffered a life-threatening illness that was a direct result of the daily stress of being stalked, defamed, threatened and harassed.
“After she had recovered enough to sit at her desk, Laura did the only thing she knew to do with what she had learned: she sought daily to understand the dynamic she had experienced and then, shared it with others by writing the Adventures Series, an account of the events and dynamics as well as the many threads of research she followed and the results.”
Rather than come to terms with the fact that Fred was tired of being maligned and insulted while they “earned their living” from his work, and that I was legitimately angry at being duped, fleeced and defamed, or that the many people leaving the group in disgust over her tactics were in fact right that she had strayed far from STO, Laura has a mental meltdown in which she decides that everyone but herself and those who completely agree with her are in fact “psychopaths.” This would seem to be the basic hallmark of insanity: “I’m right and everyone else is wrong, right?”
But to Laura it came as a great insight:
“As it turned out, Laura’s act of converting her suffering to sharing led to some of the most profound revelations brought forth in modern times regarding the nature of our reality. Seeking to understand the inexplicable perceptions and capacity for deception of Vincent Bridges, Frank Scott, and others involved in the attacks, Laura searched and probed and “tested” on the daily public stage of the internet. The search for answers led to revelations about psychopaths, a topic crucial to understanding history, religion, politics, and many other social constructs. This material found validation in the most interesting ways in terms of the work of Bob Altemeyer on the Right Wing Authoritarian personality type, not to mention some esoteric sources that emerged from the Eastern Orthodox tradition! Without this understanding, it would be almost impossible to comprehend the events on the World Stage, including the behavior of George Bush and his gang.”
Now, you couldn’t make this stuff up. As fiction it sounds contrived and over the top, but presented as fact it is stunning. So, her understanding of myself and Fred, based on ouiji board comments and mirror visions, led to the revelation of the ultimate conspiracy theory; psychopaths rule the world. Just a little paranoid delusion at work…
Here’s how her great revelation appeared to her then:
“I could see a 4th density “controller” sitting at a big computer console with buttons and levers and dials. He had a screen on which he watched human affairs, and all he had to do was sort of “lock in the target” on a particular person displayed on the screen, and begin pushing buttons and levers, and turning the different dials to put certain inputs into the situation. These machinations produced frequencies that stimulated certain chemicals in the bodies and brains of the individuals displayed on the screen, and there were nearly infinite possibilities of manipulation available just through this kind of activity. I laughed at this vision, of course, because it was almost like a comic strip character. But I was later to learn how much it really does seem like this is the real way it works.”
Just like her husband, Lewis Martin, whom she claimed was an alien replacement, Fred and I had threatened her very carefully constructed fantasy world; we could expose her for the psychic fraud that she was and end her “experiment.” It was either sanity or the Cs, and Laura chose the Cs. The idea of replacement had advanced to that of “psychopaths” and eventually Organic Portals. It was all too painfully obvious reading her tortured versions of Adventures, such as the quote above, that the poor woman was unraveling mentally. I don’t think anyone could have imagined what the end result would be.
Prayers-for-rain commented: “A real account of someone having been harassed by a psychopath — an agent paid to do a defamation and stalking job over the Net, to destroy the work of someone standing for the Truth.” Unfortunately, the account is not real; I am not a psychopath, and certainly not a paid agent of anyone’s. If anything, it shows Laura and the Cult systematic harassment of me, not the other way around. As for the truth, well, I don’t think Laura even knows what that is anymore.
For her and the Cult it has now become a matter of faith, deep religious belief in the power of the Cs, that Fred and I are psychopaths. No matter that Fred was the main channel of the original material, he betrayed Laura and so must be a psychopath. I am one because the “mirror session” says I’m one, and because I won’t go away and shut up. So, I’m a cyberstalking psychopath of a COINTELPRO agent, despite all evidence to the contrary, because if I’m not, then all of her theories are wrong and her grand conspiracy theory is wrong.
And that, Laura will never admit…
